Project description

IRIS is a general-purpose assistive robotic system designed to bring AI into everyday tasks through reasoning, interaction, and execution. It uses a hierarchical architecture to break down complex instructions into manageable steps, while making its decision-making visible through an “inner monologue” interface. With natural language interaction and adaptive learning, IRIS aims to improve usability, transparency, and real-world application of robotics across environments such as homes and care settings.
